| MANTRA
MEDITATION: |
Ancient
rishis of the Himalayas developed a set of mantras
(short sounds) used in meditations.
Mantras have vibrational qualities, and
-- when used correctly -- are expected to take the practicioner
to deeper layers of consciousness. Each mantra is "personal";
it enables the practicioner to meditate on
their own, without the teacher. Mantra meditation
is taught over four one-hour one-on-one sessions. Each
participant is given their own personal mantra,
which they keep for a lifetime. Fee: $400.- |

| ADVANCED
MEDITATION: |
Intermediate
and advanced-level workshops (often out of town) designed
to help the participants dive deeper into consciousness,
learn advanced-meditation
techniques, and reconnect with the Source. Expected results:
greater mind clarity, increased energy level, sense of
belonging to the Universe... |

"Silence Your Mind" intermediate meditation
workshop is scheduled for April 23 through 26, 2009 in
Ferndale, MI. Requirement:
completed basic "Unwind Your Mind" stress-management
workshop, or mantra meditation.
Fee: $250.- |
