MANTRA MEDITATION:
Ancient rishis of the Himalayas developed a set of mantras (short sounds) used in meditations. Mantras have vibrational qualities, and -- when used correctly -- are expected to take the practicioner to deeper layers of consciousness. Each mantra is "personal"; it enables the practicioner to meditate on their own, without the teacher. Mantra meditation is taught over four one-hour one-on-one sessions. Each participant is given their own personal mantra, which they keep for a lifetime. Fee: $400.-
   
 
   
ADVANCED MEDITATION:
Intermediate and advanced-level workshops (often out of town) designed to help the participants dive deeper into consciousness, learn advanced-meditation techniques, and reconnect with the Source. Expected results: greater mind clarity, increased energy level, sense of belonging to the Universe...
Next "Silence Your Mind" intermediate meditation workshop is scheduled for April 23 through 26, 2009 in Ferndale, MI. Requirement: completed basic "Unwind Your Mind" stress-management workshop, or mantra meditation. Fee: $250.-
