fall we are offering a four-part meditation series, titled:

Each session
will last for app. 90 min. during which we will discuss
the given topic and learn (and practice) breathing/meditation
techniques. Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary.
We strongly suggest attending the entire series.

It
costs $6 to get in. (Nobody was ever turned away for
lack of funds.) Bring good questions.

Meditation,
as thought by White Rabbit Resources, is a non-religious
spiritual practice aimed at balancing the mind-body-emotional
structure and unlocking the potential for happiness and
creativity that we all have within us.
