'HEALING BREATH INTENSIVE'
WORKSHOP
 
In this intensive experiential workshop the participants will learn and practice powerful breathing techniques, aimed at revitalizing the entire body/mind/emotions system. Participants will experience great loss of stress, personal empowerment, and joy of living. Learn how to manage stress and deal with emotions on the daily basis.
In the past, participants have reported great spiritual awakening, contact with the Self, a glimpse into Infinity, engligtenment, etc...

Breathing techniques, yoga, and meditation, as thought by White Rabbit Resources, are a non-religious spiritual practice aimed at balancing the mind-body-emotional structure and unlocking the potential for happiness and creativity that we all have within us.
Q: WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO TAKE THIS WORKSHOP?
A: If we go through life and we never take time to do some yoga, some meditation, something to relax our nervous system, it is kind of like playing the same guitar all your life without ever tuning it. We lose the sense of harmony in life.
So, this workshop can be comapred to a major tune-up job for our nervours systems. At the end of the workshop the participants re-experience the harmony in life... sense of balance and purpose.
Q: SO, WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP ABOUT?
A: The workshop is put together in such a way as to help us drop a great deal of stress, and raise energy levels. The result is a re-gained sense of happiness, joy of living. Besides better health and healthier emotions, the participants report a greater sense of awareness of what goes on in them and around them.
We do not promise to remove obstacles in your life. However, you will learn the tools to help you deal with obstacles on your own.
Q: IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE PRIOR YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE?
A: No, it is not necessary. Those who already practice some yoga/meditation will get more out of the course, though.
 
 Q: HOW IS THIS WORKSHOP DIFFERENT FROM OTHER STRESS-MANAGEMENT OR SELF-EMPOWERMENT COURSES?
 A: Unlike most other workshops that rely mostly on theoretical information, this workshop gives the minimum of information and maximum of experience. The participants actually experience a great stress relief, a surge of bliss and joy and learn techniques that they can practice at home on their own.
